The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges not covered by the supplier.

Returns & Replacements

Return Window: 10-day 'buyer's remorse' return policy

Unopened Items: Can be returned with no questions asked.

Opened Items: Can be returned if in new working order (subject to our discretion). A 20% restocking fee applies to opened boxes.

Return Requirements:

  • Must be in original condition (no scratches, marks, or blemishes)
  • Security tags must still be attached
  • Must include original packing slip, documentation, and packaging
  • Product must not have been sized or altered in any way

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged Box or Product: If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), contact Customer Support no later than 5 business days of receipt. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact Customer Support immediately at 866-370-2428.

Delivery Issues

Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused for delivery (outside of arriving damaged), the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred. Once we receive the package back, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address: Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. This applies even under free shipping promotions. Reshipping requests will incur a reshipping fee. If the package is returned and customer has not contacted support, the order will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Return Window: 30 days from purchase date

Eligibility: Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to refunds on returned merchandise in resalable condition. This is necessary as we have to refurbish, retest, and restock all items before they can be made available to another customer.

Returns Policy

Return Window: All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date.

Condition: All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

Sale Items: All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Returns Process

  1. Email support@outlandsecure.com to commence the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.

Shipping: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions - Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electronics, including but not limited to routers, satellite terminals, satellite handsets, satellite electronic accessories, and Wi-Fi and Cellular devices with opened original packaging

Unused Items:

  • 0-14 days: No charge return policy for unused items
  • 15-30 days: $50 restocking fee for unused items
  • 31-60 days: $100 restocking fee per item
  • After 60 days: No returns accepted for unused items

Used Items:

  • 0-30 days: $100 restocking fee for any item that has been used
  • After 30 days: No returns accepted for used items
