Returns Policy

Returns accepted within 15–30 days of purchase depending on product type. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all manuals and accessories. A 15% restocking fee may apply for incomplete or opened returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Warranty or repair returns require prior authorization.
