MMX to Nomad Upgrade!
Required from you: a MMX in excellent condition and working order, along with its lid, sent at your cost, to us.
If your MMX is not in excellent condition, we can repair it and send you an invoice. You always have the right to request a return to you at your cost. Replacement external parts, such as panels and the cabinet are not expensive.
Here are the steps:
1. Purchase the option you need by selecting which MMX you are upgrading.
2. Send in your MMX and keyboard only, not anything else. Include the Order Number for the upgrade on a sheet of paper inside the box, along with your name and address. Ship to

3. We will unpack and review and test your MMX. If there are any problems, such as scratched panels, cracks in the case, malfunctioning electronics, or damaged connectors, we will contact you. The MMX must be brought up to a standard quality that we can refurbish and resell in order for this to work for both you and us.
4. We will build you a brand NEW MMX Nomad. NOTE: YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOME PERIOD OF TIME AS THERE IS A LIMIT OF HOW MANY MMX NOMADS CAN BE SOLD AS UPGRADES PER WEEK! Maybe contact us via Contact Us page to see when to order...
5. We will ship your NEW MMX Nomad back to you by UPS, at our cost.

International Orders
Be aware that by purchasing a product from the USA will require going through customs in your country, and typically you may be required to pay duty on your order. Check with your local authorities for details. Also note that if your country uses the VAT tax system, VAT taxes will also apply. Finally, UPS also typically charges a fee for handling the collection of duties and taxes. USPS does not, but their shipments take longer. FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid: The seller/shipper pays the cost of shipping, while the buyer/receiver of goods assumes the responsibility of the goods at the point of origin. Our suppliers ship to all U.S. destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Shipping Options
Free Ground Shipping Over $599: Free ground shipping applies to the 48 continental states only (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands).
International Shipping: We ship worldwide! We work with various companies to ensure that you get the best rate possible for your international shipping needs. All duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Contact us to get specific rate quotes.
Shipping Times
Shipping times do not include the day the order ships. Orders only ship on business days (Monday through Friday).
- Orders placed before 3 PM EST: Will ship on the same business day (if verified)
- Orders placed after 3 PM EST: Will ship the next business day
- "2-Day" and "Standard Overnight" options: Refer to business days (Monday through Friday)
Note: This does not apply to delays caused by acts beyond the supplier's control, such as acts of God, strikes, lockouts or disasters. Suppliers reserve the right to cancel or suspend this offer should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention, or other cause corrupt the integrity or the proper conduct of the offer. Delivery Issues
Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping charges incurred by the suppliers. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price, less the actual shipping cost incurred to ship the package to you. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Address: Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will incur additional shipping charges. When we receive the package in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will incur actual shipping charges.
The purpose of these policies is to offset unnecessary shipping costs and enable us to offer the lowest prices possible.

Order Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is complete. In-stock orders are processed and shipped on the same or the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday.
Tracking Information: You will receive tracking information via email once the shipment has been dispatched. If you do not receive the email, it may have landed in your spam folder or you may have made a mistake while entering your email address.
Providers & Cost
Shipping costs and options can be viewed on both the cart and checkout pages. To obtain a shipping quote, please enter your shipping address. Our system will then determine the most suitable carrier and pricing options based on the package dimensions and the delivery address.
Free Shipping: Items that qualify for free shipping are typically delivered via UPS ground.

Return Window: 10-day 'buyer's remorse' return policy
Unopened Items: Can be returned with no questions asked.
Opened Items: Can be returned if in new working order (subject to our discretion). A 20% restocking fee applies to opened boxes.
Return Requirements:
- Must be in original condition (no scratches, marks, or blemishes)
- Security tags must still be attached
- Must include original packing slip, documentation, and packaging
- Product must not have been sized or altered in any way
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged Box or Product: If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), contact Customer Support no later than 5 business days of receipt. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact Customer Support immediately at 886-370-2428.
Delivery Issues

Return Window: 30 days from purchase date
Eligibility: Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to refunds on returned merchandise in resalable condition. This is necessary as we have to refurbish, retest, and restock all items before they can be made available to another customer.

Returns Policy
Return Window: All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date.
Condition: All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
Sale Items: All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Returns Process
- Email support@outlandsecure.com to commence the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
Shipping: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions - Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Electronics, including but not limited to routers, satellite terminals, satellite handsets, satellite electronic accessories, and Wi-Fi and Cellular devices with opened original packaging

- 15-30 days: $50 restocking fee for unused items

- After 30 days: No returns accepted for used items
